North Jakarta Verifies and Inventories 40 Public Facility Assets

North Jakarta Asset Management (PAD) Sub-agency has inventoried and verified 40 land assets used for social and public facilities.

Those 40 land assets have been handed over by developer but Forestry Department hasn't manage it yet

North Jakarta PAD Agency Head, Ratna Diah Kurniati mentioned, social and public assets that have been inventoried has size around 300-2,000 square meters.

"Those 40 land assets have been handed over by developer but Forestry Department hasn't manage it yet," she stated, Wednesday (5/8).

Five City's Land Assets in South Jakarta will Be Fenced

Some of those assets are park at Inkopol Sunter Jaya settlement, Tanjung Priok; parks at Block T3, T5 and T6 settlements of Kelapa Gading Barat Urban Village, Kelapa Gading; land used as green space (RTH) on Jalan PIK Boulevard, Kamal Muara Urban Village.

Inventorying process is done to follow up instruction as it is mentioned in Jakarta Secretary circular letter No. 11/2019 about Asset Inventory and Sampling. According to her, technical survey has been done on April 29.

"Currently we are still making the inventory report. Our target is to complete it by today," she asserted.
